Lead strategic plan development for a large, multi-billion-dollar international technology company developing an innovative, new value-based health care division. Identified and finalized relationships with Beta sites to test a new product. Developed and advised the implementation of go-to-market value-based care strategies and collateral, including ROI model and target market identification.

Develop organizational assessments and go-to-market plan for several Series B healthcare startups with a focus on product and collateral development.

Provide executive coaching to the leadership team of a Series B healthcare IT company.

Advise several innovative health care product and supply firms in implementing go-to-market plans including the development of a group of prioritized market opportunities.

Past Projects

Advised, facilitated, and developed value-based payment agreements between health plans and health systems.

Completed over 20 two-sided risk assessments and developed action plans for several hospitals and health systems to build new value-based payment arrangements.

Led over 50 population health readiness assessments and roadmaps for hospitals and health systems to implement value-based care models and value-based payment arrangements.

Served as an ACO expert advising CMMI on the Pioneer and Next Generation ACO programs. 

Partnered with over 20 organizations in applying and successfully implementing Medicare ACOs.

Designed, developed, and successfully implemented an ACO performance measurement and improvement system; used benchmarks and best practices from over 70 ACOs with over 2 million Medicare beneficiaries leveraging claims data and quality reporting.
